If you have ever played baseball before and are a pitcher you know how important baseball pitches are. In today's game a pitcher must have a wide variety of baseball pitches to compete at the major league level. Pitching has become such a big part of Major league baseball that a pitcher must know baseball pitches inside out. Their are different pitches that a baseball pitcher can throw right now. It's the screwball, curve ball, fast ball, and slider. Baseball pitchers also have developed other pitches throughout the years. The screwball has pretty much been done away with for the most part. The damage that is done to the arm throwing the screwball is the main reason people have decided to drop throwing the screwball. The curve ball and the fast ball are really the two main pitches that baseball pitchers rely on anymore. One of the fastest baseball pitches ever thrown was over 100 mph. Many pitchers have done that before, but the speed in the last few years have come down a lot.

Baseball pitches can sometimes be tough to throw especially if you aren't properly trained in how to throw the ball. Alot of times each pitch can be modified and pitched a different way depend on many different factors. Let's look at a few of these factors. Humidity, wind and the motion of the pitchers arm can affect how the baseball arrives over the plate. These factors are what pitchers count on to get the batter how. Knowing baseball pitches is crucial to a pitchers success, but not the only thing. Baseball pitchers know they must be able to get the batter out and knowing the batter inside and out can help making getting outs a lot easier. Baseball pitches are something that a pitcher really needs to know very well. By knowing which pitches he throws the best makes it a lot easier when it comes to getting outs and getting wins for his team.

In the future baseball pitches should change very little just minor modifications to them. Pitchers are always trying to make their pitch do different things and this is one way they can do it. Trying to get an advantage is something pitchers are always trying to do and I don't look for that to change anytime soon. Baseball pitches is really the only thing pitchers have to get the job done.
