Baseball Players
One of the things that I've noticed over the last 30 years is how baseball players have changed. They are getting bigger, faster, stronger and even smarter at times than say 30 years ago. Injuries don't seem to bug the new baseball players like they did the old baseball players. I wonder why that is so let's take a deeper look into this. Baseball players today have alot advantages that older baseball players just didn't have. Today baseball players take better care of their bodies which in turns means less injuries and more games played. if they do get injured the medical world has advanced alot in the last 30 years thus injuries are less and if they are injured they heal fairly quickly, baseball players are huge nowadays and that also can be the direct part to better nutrition on the baseball players part. Off season condition is another thing you must consider when you talk about new players and older players.

Baseball teams also now make available off season training programs which were unheard of thirty years ago which has helped out alot to. People are healthy now because they have all these extras that the older ball players didn't get access to. This has made these players able to play long and perform at peak performance alot longer to. This makes more money for themselves and the team also. Baseball players are an investment now to baseball clubs so they need to keep than as healthy as they can. The best medical attention is given to baseball players now as like I said it an investment and no team wants to see their investment go bad so they take care of it. Supplements have also played a role in the development of bigger, faster, and stronger players over the years. I look for that to continue into the future to.
As long as it helps players and nothing is said about it players will continue to use it until it's ban. The bottom line for many of these baseball players is if their a star they know big money is coming their way. If not they know no money is coming their way so many resort to cheating or using banned substances to get that added edge which one day could come back to haunt them.
