Japanese Baseball
When you talk about baseball you have to mention Japanese baseball as it has really grown in Japan and even here in the United States. More Japanese baseball players are coming over all the time and it's really helping the American game as well as the Japanese game. Japanese baseball has been flourishing in Japan for many years, but until recently we really haven't known much about the game in Japan. Baseball in japan has always been a hit their and their are many misconceptions about Japanese baseball here in America. One of the things about Japanese baseball is that the players aren't as good as they are in America. That jut isn't so. Japanese baseball has their superstars and their role players just like the American teams do. In fact a Japanese star probably gets treated better over their than we treat our American stars. The one difference though is money.
Japanese baseball players are not paid as well as American players and thus they try to come to America To play. You can't blame them for wanting a few more dollars in their pockets can you. Baseball is popular everywhere, but it seems Japanese baseball is huge over their. You can name a player in Japan and probably everyone would know them. It's because they love their baseball and they follow the game very closely. Japanese baseball lately has sent over to America some very good players and that shows that the Japanese league can compete with and league in the world. It would be great to one day to have Major League baseball and the Japanese league together as we would see truly international baseball at it's best. For the time being though we have to watch highlights of Japanese baseball and enjoy the players we have here from Japan.

Look for in the future more Japanese players come to America and show their talent. Japan just doesn't release to many out of their contracts so they make not come over in great numbers. Probably one or two a year is the most you will ever see. Japanese baseball doesn't want Major League Baseball raiding their leagues anyways. Japan has to keep some of their talent for themselves or what kind of product would they have for their own fans. Japanese baseball is a treat if you get to watch any.
