Little league baseball rules have changed over the recent years. one rule that has been implemented to help pitchers is to limit how many innings or pitches they can throw. This new little league baseball rule was put in to save the kids pitching arms. The more and more a kid pitches the harder it are on these kids. Kids will continue to throw inning after inning if some rule wasn't put in. This rule probably needed to be put in a long time. Think about all the young kids arms we could save if this rule would have been enforced. Little league baseball rules for the most part are used to protect the kids.
